STEP 1 | We will spend time with you, the executive or team leader, to hear about what you are facing and the solutions you need to find.
STEP 2 | We will pull from our toolbox and create a custom plan for your needs. We will present that plan to you for your review and make tweaks as desired.
STEP 3 | We will walk you through a very simple survey process to capture your current “vitals” so we can measure the results as we progress toward your goals.
STEP 4 | We will set a time frame together for the initial phase of coaching and consulting. We will resurvey and tweak the plan for the next phase of coaching and consulting… and do this as many times as you desire until we have achieved the results you are after.
STEP 5 | Throughout our partnership with you, we will provide you with continual communication and feedback so your hand can stay on the pulse of what is taking place.
